My hint: ;-) Don't use too much! ;-) That was my mistake recently.
Depending on what kind of asbestos tastebuds you have....
If strong, try on meats or straight on your food.
If weak, then use with cooking. I found a couple drops in an entire
pot of chili (I use a crock-pot) work well too or in sauces. You don't
need much unless you are a masochist.
