What I get here is:

Sambal Oelek, which mostly seems to be just ground chiles and salt. 
The Chinese restaurants serve the same thing, but stirred in oil.

and

Sambal Badjak, which is chile paste fried in oil with onions (and 
maybe other spices). This is quite mild.

Does someone know what the names mean?
