Hi you all. In Puglia people grow and eat some broccoli varieties (in winter when it rains a little bit) as "cime di rapa". This in "Terra di Bari" as in "Salento", from north to south part of province, Puglia has 800 km of coast land! The best and appreciated way to cook them is in a one dish, with a special pasta shape, called "orecchiette", id est "little ears" as these are shaped. Chile peppers are often used, fried with garlic and anchovies in olive oil to dress "orecchiette con le cime di rapa". Ciao Michele
