When Dad and I took the tour of Okeefenokee Swamp near Folkston, GA last
month, that was the recipe the ranger/tour guide gave me for
cooking...Spanish Moss, to use in Spanish Moss Upside Down Cake.  He said
to salt it real well, too.  I did not take any moss as I had nothing with
me to kill the chiggers in it and did not want any varmits in my car.
Well, maybe I could have asked one of the numerous ALLIGATORS to clean it
out.
