You coulda knocked me over with poblano. They hold the
championships in Reno and I've never attended. Thought it was just
about a bowl of red. I've thought about entering the salsa and now
that pork is in the mixture, I may try for a double, pig that I am:-)

It really is a good issue and Rev. Jim Campbell should be alerted to
the fact that there is a curried goat recipe. As I remember, he liked
goat a lot better than I did during our Jamaican adventure. Hey! If
CASI is allowing Chile Verde competitions, why not Jerk???
