The hottest Jalapeno that I'm aware of is the "Biker Billy" F1 Hybrid which is a Burpee's exclusive variety. Bill Hufnagle told me a couple of years ago that he thought Burpee Seed would be releasing it to other seed companies to sell but it's still listed as an exclusive at:
