Ahh, the root (no pun intended) of my affection for heat:  Kim Chi.  I have 
been eating this since I was about two (I am Korean) but I have only made it 
once.  I didn't bury it; it wasn't good.

My mom and my aunt make kim chi, they don't bury it and it is still great.
