Nope. These plants have never been outside and they're clean as a whistle.
Thirty-two pepper plants and only this one exhibits these symptoms. That's
why I also posted photos of its sibling plant... it looks perfect and
they've been side-by-side for almost 3 months. Any other ideas? Thanks,
