Marc,

The one in Indiana is in Madison, Indiana.  It will be held at the
Thomas Family Winery.  The address is 203 E 2nd St Madison, IN  phone
number is 1-800-948-8466 for info.

I do not know the time the show opens but if I recall the hotluck
starts around 6pm.
