"Scott Simon talks with Italian physician Mauro Bartolotti of the University of Bologna about his letter in this week's New England Journal of Medicine on the use of capsaicin, or the active ingredient in red pepper (trans-8-methyl-N-vanillyl-6-nonenamide), for the treatment of dyspepsia.
