	    we be Venison Rich this weekend and wuz wondering if the Master of Disaster had any good Venison Recipes, We 
have had a large Chittal deer hanging for a week and have to pick it up (Farmed Deer) We have to cut it up so we are taking the 
easy route and just cutting the flesh off muscle by muscle, I am hoping to make some venison Sausage (recipe from a Saveur 
Magazine) 4 to 1 venison pork meat and pork fat, I am getting enough natural sausage casings from my Butcher to make 100lb 
for about $9.00 US what we dont use I can salt and seal and keep for a year he tells me. of course i will be modifying the recipe 
to add El Grande's Blessing ..
cost us a $100 bucks us and there are 4 of us we missed out on the hade as the guy thought we didn't want it so he owes us 
one..
 also missed out on the Pecker food (Deeer horn/Velvet)as he gets a good price for that from the Asians, this is top price for 
Venison here in Oz as 4 yrs ago I could have got the same deer for $50.00 US
