Hi T, Yes, I WAS making them with flour but I do make with masa harina too - for some dishes you do need them made with flour as you can manipulate them more. Will try the corn ones and let you know. BTW - the trick with turning them 90 degrees does work to some degree hah! but not thin enough for me!. It's still faster using the press for the initial flattening and then rolling, than rolling completely.
