When I went to a grocery store in San Antonio, there were lots of flavors of tortillas, including one with pepper flakes in them. No red food coloring so it was all pepper flakes. Mexican groceries should carry tortillas with flavors. I made them once and found that the hardest part was flattening them in the press and not cracking them. The press also cooks them. We have a large Hispanic population here so masa harina is widely available. Karen
