Jocelyn... I have been using cap cream for my arthritic right thumb ham 
bone(base of thumb)for a couple of years, and it helps considerably. 
Nothing cures this affliction, but cap cream certainly helps. I get the 
cheeeeeep stuff at Wally Wirld, which is just as good as the really 
expensive stuff with brand name "X"! And, I reiterate, it do not make ya 
go blind, or cause ulcers, or indigestion, or infertility, or any other 
bad thing that the detractors speel on about! About all it does do, is 
give ya hot lips fer awhile!!
