Hi, I've got about 35 red & 20 orange habaneros that have been "stewing" in white grape vinegar - in the fridge, for the past 8 months - the vinegar has a redddsh colour :-) YUM... :) - hab vinegar - the vinegar is perfect for fries and salads. Now can someone help me!!! I wanna make a sauce with this lot... I've tried blending them with a little vinegar/salt/garlic - tastes ok, but something seems missing... Can anyone suggest a recipe for me? or must I continue eating them as they come out of the bottle!
