Greetings!

Just a bit of advance notice on a fellow chilehead to be seen on the Food Network.  We (my wife Sherri and I) will be featured on the Food Finds program to debut on June 27th at 9pm EST.  We were filmed October 22, 2001 for this segment and the producers spent the whole day with us.

We were initially filmed at our home with a short interview and then some brewing of sauce in the kitchen. After a wonderful lunch at the Irregardless Cafe in Raleigh, we went to the Wellspring Whole Foods Market and sampled our wares to the public while the camera rolled to capture their expressions.

Also, our newest sauce - Lemon Vanilla Toad Sweat - was just bottled last week and has been winning more folks over to the chilehead persuasion.  

Now, back to the regularly scheduled discussions....
