We've been using an American Harvest Snackmaster Dehydrator for years. It has a heating element and fan in the bottom and goes from 95F to 145F on the dial. I think it came with two trays and it has been expanded to six. I guess you could stack them higher but I don't know how many it would take before they got inefficient.
