I've an American Harvest model too, but a cheaper version. No
thermostat/temp control at all. Just plug in and the fan kicks on.
4 trays. Works well although the housing does get a little warmer
than I'd like at times (makes me nervous). Was a gift but I believe
it was found at Wally Wirld. Have had it for a good 5 years or so
and run the shit out of it, to be blunt.
