[CH] Re: dehydrator question

Sometimes, you just have to move the operation outside, and turn a local 
problem into a regional one.  My mom has done it for years to fry fish in an 
electric skillet on the patio, and I have cooked hab mash on a camping stove 
instead of in the kitchen.

However, I did enjoy visiting James the Elder at his home, which had a bunch 
of habs drying in large home-made dehydrators in the basement.  The whole 
house smelled gently of habs, it was great.
