This was tonight's dinner - Asian Beef Noodles. It was delicious. Once all the cutting was done, it was simple and quick. I cooked the angel hair pasta and kept it damp (then drained it well before adding it to the wok). I bought some serrano chiles at Shoprite (they were selling packages of Frieda's products - dried and fresh chiles - yellow hot, serrano, anaheim, dried mexican, and pasilla). I used one serrano in the wok but could've used more.
