Hi CH's, my first Hot Jalapeno's of the coming season have poked their heads through the dirt in my propation trays and begun their journey towards my dinner table. Could anyone familiar with these give me the heads-up on what these little guys are like? How they taste, how hot they are, how best to use them? If I can get enough growing I will seriously consider making chipotles this year, so could someone give me some advice on small production, low budget chipotle making? Many thanks Steve
