This was last night's dinner - Cold Asian Shrimp & Noodles. Absolutely delicious. DH said it was a winner. Quick to put together too. I did a lot of it earlier in the day and did the last minute cooking and combining later. Love dishes like this. Garnished with hot chiles, that is where they are. Of course, if you wish you can add them to the sauteing of the shrimp. * Exported from MasterCook * Cold Asian Shrimp & Noodle Dish Recipe By : RisaG Serving Size : 3 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Noodles Oriental Quick Seafood Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 tbsp Newman's Own Oil & Vinegar Dressing 6 tbsp fish sauce -- or soy sauce 2 tbsp Thai basil -- julienne 2 tbsp fresh cilantro -- chopped 1 tbsp fresh ginger -- peeled & minced 12 jumbo shrimp -- peeled & deveined Noodles: 1/2 pkg pad thai noodles (fettuccine thickness) snow peas -- julienne Garnish: ripe red chile peppers -- slivered For marinade: Whisk dressing, fish sauce, 1/2 the basil and cilantro and the ginger in a bowl.
