Along the same lines:
We brought this to a Hot Luck a couple of years ago:
Get a big log of goat cheese. The gather a good assortment of your favorite
peppers. Slice up the peppers & arrange in a nice pattern on a plate around
the goat cheese. Take a cracker slather the goat cheese, top with a few
slices of the peppers...yum. It's a great way to taste all the different
peppers & for the folks that aren't into really hot peppers (go figure), the
goat cheese cuts some of the heat.
