Hi C-H's, Last Sunday night with bread dough risen and pizza ready to go, our oven decided it had breathed it's last. It was a Maytag with a couple of 12,000BTU burners which turned out to be not enough horsepower for my style of cooking. Karen and I have talked about buying a real (read expensive) range, and one that catches my eye is made by DCS. Do any of you pro cooks have any experience with this brand?
