Case in point from yesterday's lunch - it was a half-decent Asian buffet, 
but no oily hot pepper sauce.  They had small packets of hot sauce; the 
ingredients listed water, sugar, vinegar, and corn starch before cayenne 
pepper.

More sugar than cayenne?  Should have packed my own in.  Today I'm packing 
powder.
