The chiltepins are ripening (thanks to those who sent me seeds) and I made the first batch tonight. I love this stuff! I tend to just throw things at a recipe, so those who need exact measurements will have to experiment. Blend together: 1 cup red chiltepins 1 Red Savina, seeds and all 1/2 smallish 10-15 onion 1 fresh medium tomato, peeled 2 tbsp cider vinegar 1/2 tsp salt Makes about 3/4 pint.
