[CH] great food

Hi!
Yesterday, while in Stanwood Washington, we stopped for an early dinner at a restaurant called "Amigo" As we were ordering the waiter asked me if I wanted my dinner, shrimp/veggies in a hot sauce, mild or spicey.  When I said the chef could make it as spicey as he wanted the waiter ask "are you sure? that's pretty hot!" I brought out my C-H card! Well, let me tell you...that card was whisked away to the kitchen and did not re-appear until my dinner was delivered.  The dinner was FANTASTIC!!! Hot, flavorful, and SPICEY!!! He even brought me a spicey powder (can't remember the name) that went great on the rice and beans!
