Probably means they are *good* coffeeshops that do *not* allow mobile 
phone usage in the establishment. <cheers loudly>

Sorry, but I am one of those folks who not only cringes at the sight 
of a cell phone, but I get somewhat homicidal when the damn thing 
starts "ringing" Pacabel in midi.

Drives me ()(*&&*%&^%$^%$ NUTS.

I have to wear headphones and blinders in airports lest I commit acts 
of aggression :(
