o.k... I've held off long enough. I was never a big grit fan, but we have a
place close to us called "Jake and Earl's Dixie Roadhouse" and they make
some grit cakes that are just awesome. Recently we were able to get a
sampler plate of Jalapeno grit cakes, chipotle grit cakes and habanero grit
cakes. If you've never had 'em, don't knock 'em.

We were able to get the recipe and hot damn, those grits are good!!

The recipe was published in the Boston Herald, and I copied it down. Anyone
who wants the recipe, just let me know.

Dan
Don't worry... be habby.
