The best food I've had in Sweden was the stuff we cooked up ourselves one Saturday (a three course northern Italian meal, each served with a different wine, plus coffee and Swiss grappa). It has been a year since I last opened a can of Surstroemming, so I guess it's about time to try it again. Maybe if I use enough habs to mask the taste... Tom
