[CH] Great Chile Paste

I got the most wonderful chile paste in the mail and I
thought I would let everyone know. It is not a chinese
chile paste - it is Italian.

It is called Peperoncino piccante in olio and it is by
a company called Silafunghi di Alfredo Muraca. I got
it from NapaStyle Catalog

It is run by Michael Chiarello, the chef and cookbook
writer. I love all his stuff - I've ordered from the
NapaStyle catalog before. Great food, and terrific
customer service.

It is $8 for 10.5 oz in a nice size jar.

Just wanted to let everyone know. It is very much like
chinese chile paste except there is no sesame oil or
other chinese ingredients - just chiles, olive oil,
salt and citric acid. Nothing else.
