 End of our season here, all plants have been frozen to death.
But in the mean time I have found an easy to build a dehydrator.... I just
placed a 75 watts lightbulb on the bottom of my BBQ (it's a bullet one),
cord goes trough the lover air vent.
put a small aluminum tray on top of the bulb to avoid the light hitting
the peppers direct, put the peppers on the grill switch the light on.. put
the cover on and left the air vent open, works nice!
