[CH] New Year "Blow Out"

Last evening my sweetie and I toodled off to a New Year's party at the home
of a friend who is a self-proclaimed 'Head. Earlier in the week I'd given
her a can of chipotles in adobo, with which she was unfamiliar.
While we were feasting on a great variety of dishes brought by all in
attendence (including a very spicy deep-fried turkey, I need to get the
guy's seasoning mix!) I asked my friend if she'd tried the chipotles yet.
She jumped up, opened the can, dumped them in a bowl and put them on the
table. I pronounced that to those who had never experienced them they may be
a bit hotter than they were expecting.
My fried grabbed a large cracker, plopped a whole chipotle on the cracker
and gobbled it down. Whew! 10 minutes later she was still tingling from the
heat...
It was, no doubt, a rather spicy morning for her today as well. (eg)
