Well hello all, I've been pretty ,much absent from the list for nearly a year I think. It's a new year though, and I'm thinking in CHILE! Anyway, last year I started quite a few plants on an indoor stand w/lights. Unfortunately, they were ravaged by nasty wee devils (fat little tear-drop shapes with legs, quite tiny). I used tons of soap on them, but through thier resiliance and my lack of rigor, they persisted. Now it has been probably 8 months since any plants have been in the room, and I would like to plant a few chilies - is this break enough to prevent a recurrance? Should I wash the the stand with soap and water? Something harsher? Should I take a propane torch to the entire room? Thanks all, glad to be back... can't wait till spring!
