The folks at my local Bi-Lo are probably convinced that I am insane, now. I walked in tonight to buy some vegetables. Suddenly, from across the produce department, I see habaneros in the "hot pepper" section. I gasp with joy and say, "they really love me here." I'm proud to say that I did restrain myself and only got about 1/2 lb of peppers, though. So anyways, when I get them home, I cut off the calyx and a questionable spot on one and eat it. Nothing. It has the habanero flavor, but no heat whatsoever. I was crushed. I figured that that one had to be a bad pepper. The others couldn't be completely without heat. Fortunately, I was right about that. The rest are hot AND have hab flavor. Anyone ever experienced that with their own plants? I don't mean barely hot but absolutely no heat at all... -- $ fortune -s DISCLAIMER: Use of this advanced computing technology does not imply an endorsement of Western industrial civilization. $ __________________________________________________________________ The NEW Netscape 7.0 browser is now available.
