Well, those are some tough choices ... at first blush I like the idea of a
random mix, but since the different varieties can have such different
growing habits, that might lead to some plants towering over others and
smothering them. It would be fun, though,running around trying to find
favorite varieties like it's one big easter egg hunt.
I'm sure some of the big favorite varieties could fill a batch of 500 alone,
like the red habs, etc. Can you combine just two or three similar types
into a batch of 500? Then you can say "this section has these varieties"
and people would have a short menu. Have a tall batch, a short batch ...
How many lots of 500 will there be?
