Oh man, you're a genius- that sounds great- my three favorite things- habs, 
horseradish, and cheese- on a cracker! I have about 5 quarts of habs 
preserved in vinegar down in the basement- I believe I have found a use for 
them- and of course the vinegar is useful too. I wonder- stuff some fresh 
rosemary into a bottle, pour in the hab vinegar- could be a great marinade 
for steaks-
