A while ago I got a nice little pork loin roast and gave it about six hours in the crock pot. I browned it off first, to give it a bit of color, then put it in the crock with a bunch of sliced onions, carrots, etc. Then I realized that I'd forgotten to season the outside of the roast. So from the top I sprinkled on some of the Seasoned Salt from Mason-Dixon Spice, and let it go. It worked out great. There was enough cooking time for every flavor to get everywhere. Sometime when I have the house to myself for a day I'll make a hotter version with some smoked hab powder. - A _________________________________________________________________ STOP MORE SPAM with the new MSN 8 and get 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
