Rael asked what was for dessert -- try this Peach habanero torte 1 cup butter 2 ½ cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla ½ tsp ginger 1 egg 1 Tbsp cold water 4 peaches (canned, drained) 2 - 4 habanero peppers finely chopped, Cut the butter and flour in with a pastry cutter, add the sugar, vanilla and ginger, mix well, add egg and water, mix well. Rest in refrigerator for 1 hour Use round cake pan (9") grease - split dough into two equal pieces, roll out to fit pan - put one circle in bottom of pan, put peaches in pan cut side down, sprinkle habaneros over peaches, cover with other circle of dough. Push dough down on peaches, not too tight. Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes - serve warm with whipped cream or sour cream frosting Sour cream frosting 1 cup sour cream 1 cup powdered sugar ½ tsp vanilla mix well and drizzle over torte - or other dessert
