There not much 'hot cheese' that I know. Besides the new cheese from Frico, which is very nice, I only know 'Sambal Cheese' en cheese spread with Sambal. But both are not very interesting, but that's my opinion. The Dutch are very good cheese makers, special the farmer cheese from which the older once have a spicy bite without any additional flavour its just the way they mature it, so cheese with additional flavours are rare. There are a few very well known, from these is the most popular cheese with cumin (seeds), and there are some other herbs and spices like basil, chives and cloves. So there isn't much choose... sorry.
