The Melinda's chipotle is quite good!! It's a bit chunky, but it has the right ammount of chipotle flavor... not too overbearing. It could do with a little more kick, but thats what the "pure cap" is for. :) Unfortunately I can't make a trip out to n'awlins any time soon, but at least I found a way to buy some stuff from there. The New Orleans School of Cooking has an online store where they sell all kinds of good stuff. I found it while searching for "Joe's Stuff", their cajun spice blend that is awesome.
