Brazil Brings to the Table" Molho de Pimenta e Limao (Malagueta and Lemon Sauce) Brazil's small firey Malagueta peppers are hard to find fresh in the United States, but jarred pickled malaguetas may be used as well ... fresh Tabasco peppers make a good, slightly milder substitute. Finely chop 4 drained pickled malaguetas and put into a small glass or ceramic bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 small finely chopped peeled onion, and 1 finely chopped peeled garlic clove. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside to marinate for 1 hour or in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours. Serve at room temperature. Makes about 1 cup. - A _________________________________________________________________ Tired of spam? Get advanced junk mail protection with MSN 8. http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
