Hi everyone, the "Stuard Research Center" in Parma (Italy) is the only institution in Italy that does research on chili-cultivation. Every year they have two appointments to visit the fields and in spring to buy plants. It takes place on the May 11th and 18th this year and they have over 90 varieties to offer. Is the best oportunity to get your hands on some rare varieties like the C. Galapagonense and other varieties from ornamental to Rocotos and so on. To get more information about stuard visit their website at: http://www.stuard.it/page.asp?IDCategoria=49&IDSezione=295&IDOggetto=&Tipo=G ENERICO and the story about my visit to them last october (sorry but just in german right now) http://www.pepperworld.com/reisen/parma.htm There is a list of some of the varieties they offer with photo and description on this site http://www.peperoncino.org/semi.htm Note: I am in no way affiliated with this organization, I just spread the news, cause the plant-market helps them to continue their work on chilis as they get no founds just from donations and the market for this work. I will attend to the market on the 11th, so if anyone comes around let me know, so that we can meet. Cu Frankie
