Hmmm. There's Risa G who is famous for her appearance on "Eat the Heat", Mark 
who lives under a bridge around 'Exit 109" and if you purchased your plants from 
Janie at Cross Country Nursery she's giving you the straight facts on Red Savina. A 
patented variety does not allow you to sell seeds. You can certainly keep them and 
grow your own plants from them. Trading seeds is somewhat problematical but I 
don't think you are going to make it onto the patent holder's radar
