[CH] Having I been missing out? Chorizo in your Chili

Last night I made chili.  We had one link of chorizo left so I decided
to fry that up and put in a bowl along side the other fixins
bowls...cheese, sour cream, onions, etc.

Well, I must have been missing out or I've struck upon something quite
delicious!  With my bowl of chili, I added in about 1/4 cup of hot (as
in spicy) chorizo.  BOY was that good.

I love the taste and smell of chorizo.  Really made that chili taste
good!
