Walt, here in the States we can get an ointment called
Capzasin.HP that really works well on my arthritis. 
Made by a company called Chattem in Chatanooga, TN. 
Never heard of them before, may just be a small outfit
that doesn't export, but surely some of the big
outfits make a capcaicin cream like this too.  Think
someone here on the list a couple of years ago posted
their own recipe for making this stuff, also.
