My heart goes out to you!  It would bother me a great deal if it happened to me.  

Keep on being a nice person that is willing to share your home & efforts.  Eventually you might be rewarded with at least some simple courtesy.

  I spent many, many hours getting everything cleaned up.  Got poison ivy.

  NOBODY showed up.  This is just too much work for nothing.  I may not have
