George, 999 times out of 1000 (by my count) you don't have to do a thing. The "problem" will correct itself. Or, you could go out and buy all the products marketed that supposedly correct said problem & they will seemingly work miracles. How many of your tomato varieties have BER? Are they planted in some special place or with other varieties that do not exhibit BER? And no, I'm not some Luddite that doesn't believe in testing for pH etc with modern means. I've just seen BER many, many times and know what it usually takes to correct it. (nothing) Just this morning I picked 3 peppers with BER and haven't panicked yet. And Scott is dead on, peppers exhibit BER on their sides. JohnT ----- Original Message ----- From: George A.
