Actually, I'm making Strawberry margaritas from my garden.  Yes I have a
tequilla plant <g>

made the following marinade for steak fajitas

tequila 1/2 cup + splash
Chile vinegar 1/2 cup + splash
splash Sherry
spash worsterschire sauce
key lime juice 1 1.2 tablespoons
tangerine/Orange juice 1 1/2 tabls
Cumin, two teaspoons
large sprinkle of garlic powder
large sprinkle of black pepper
large sprinkle salt
large sprinkle chili powder
Paul Prudhomme's spice mix from his texas red chili mix (about a teaspoon
and a half)  (this includes anjo and passilla dried peppers)
cilantro fresh

it tastes absolutely MIND blowing.... but will probably be a radically HOT
fajita! :)
