Well, Robert....as last evening was a Mac User Meeting, which I had forgotten about, I did not do your posted recipe after all...so I had to marinate the chicken in ginger wine, sesame oil, and cornstarch, and leave it in the fridge all night and all of today, and then I did a variation of MacChef's skillet chicken and rice, the variation , of course, being the addition of peppers! I also did the Cauliflower and Potato Currie, had to modify it also(of course) with guess what? chiles, two habs, like Wow....it was good....I also added more curry powder, and half way through, rather than at the end....it is a dry curry, so added a little chicken stock, and parsley for color, and it was fabulous, a real keeper, which I will do again and again. Anyone who wants me to post the recipe(altered) may have it and if you want the original, check out Bob Boston's home page, for the great MacChef recipe collection.....of course, anyone without HyperCard, will just have to get it!
